My name is April Thibodeau, located in Lewiston Maine, and I am the founder of Heart & Home Property Management Services, created to help property owners and landlords stay organized, profitable, compliant, and confident in the daily operations of their rental properties
As a seasoned property manager, I understand firsthand the realities, challenges, and constant moving parts involved in property operations, housing management, and running successful communities. My background includes hands-on experience with market-rate, Section 8, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, supported by a strong commitment to Fair Housing compliance, operational excellence, and protecting owner investments.
